I am very excited to announce that Lotus have been made an official UK retailer of the multi-award winning premium brand of electronics Vitus Audio.

In choosing a solid state line of equipment to bring to my customers I have deliberated long and hard. Through my bouyant secondhand business I have over the years sampled the delights of many many different boxes. I am primarily a vacuum tube man at heart but I have honestly now found what I was searching for in this marvellous Danish brand.

Whilst a small handful of other highend marques offer similar world class levels of performance (albeit with equally exotic Swiss pricelists !) none of them seemed to offer the breadth of products nor arguably the astounding reliability and build quality that Ole Vitus’s company does.

Fluid, dimensional, with lifelike presence. Rich tonalilty and texture, yet not tube like, soft or over bloomed. Fast, dynamic, senior league transparency, pristine and clean with incredible precison yet unlike transistor amps which you have previously heard and not a hint of hardness, harshness or glare.

It’s almost not worth attempting descriptions; Vitus only really sounds like Vitus. Above all, it’s just very very natural, highly engaging and as such, marrys extremely well with the sound that I am known for and my other resident brands.
