Say hello to Entreq’s “mini Posiedon“, the Tellus II. This is Entreq’s latest grounding box aimed at the more affordable end of the spectrum and designed to offer some value for those wishing to ground a significant portion of their system with one simple unit.
The Tellus II, like the bigger Poseidon, consists of three completely separate and isolated ground points so is ideal to ground your speaker outputs as well as two other items (negative speaker terminals must not be grounded into the same array, please see my Poseidon blog or the Entreq website for further clarification).
The outer two binding posts connect to 2 totally separate Silver Minimus units and the central silver grounding post is essentially a Silver Minimus supercharged with an Atlantis Minimus so a higher specification and suitable for 2 attached signal grounds such as your preamp and phonostage or your DAC and Router.
If you were to purchase all these boxes separately the price would be ÂŁ2130 so in essence Entreq are giving you a ÂŁ750 supercharging Atlantis Minimus unit for free. If customers cannot stretch to the Posiedon then the Tellus II at less than half the money will surely prove a very popular package. Just add four Ertha cables and then sit back and enjoy the huge leap your system will make in terms of refinement, noise floor, depth and dynamics.
Now available at ÂŁ1380 with lifetime warranty for the 1st owner.
